B3 Ballista
Produced by The Intergalactic Justice Federation

This military-grade rocket-launcher fires canisters of an easily-manufactured chemical compound that becomes volatile when subjected to an electric current. Interestingly enough, this same compound, when inert, makes a delicious, if highly dangerous, soda syrup. IJF troopers thus refer to using the B3 Ballista as, “Popping open a refreshing can of whoop-ass!”
Primary Fire: Fires a grenade that explodes, damaging enemies in its radius
Alt-Fire: Fires an additional grenade that explodes, damaging enemies in its radius
Strengths:
- High burst damage
- Area of Effect (AoE) splash damage
- Great range
Weaknesses:
- Very skillshot reliant
- Slow rate of fire makes it difficult to hit fast targets
- Explosions can hurt self when fired at point-bank
Tips and Tricks:
- The B3 Ballista’s alternate fire is independent of both fire rate and heat level. It can be used to keep up the pressure for a sustained amount of time or be combined with a primary attack for a large burst of damage
- Because the Ballista’s canisters fire slowly, it is best used at mid to close-range.
