Produced by The Singularity

Attempts to reverse-engineer these Singularity-manufactured guns have yielded nothing but frustration. True to its creators’ namesake, this gun fires actual unstable tiny singularities that somehow manage to travel through space, gathering dust and debris, until they collapse in on themselves in a powerful explosion.
Primary Fire: Fires a burst shrapnel
Alt-Fire: Launch a mysterious explosive projectile that increases in speed and damage as it travels
Strengths:
- A powerful weapon that has a good balance of both close and long range damage potential
- Ability to hit multiple targets with primary fire or deal significant damage to a single target with secondary fire
Weaknesses:
- Primary fire doesn’t allow for many shots before overheating
- Secondary fire can be difficult to land due to varying projectile speed
Tips and Tricks:
- The Primary Fire is a shotgun-like effect that launches shrapnel in a wide fan shape. The weapon excels at short to medium range and overheats quickly.
- The Primary Fire’s shotgun effect has a set spread (is not random). You can reliably attack groups of enemies by aiming your shots in-between them, using the fan effect to hit multiple players with each shot.
- The Alt-Fire is unique because it bounces off of the environment, providing for some interesting trick shots. If used correctly, you can even damage enemies around corners!
- Remember that the secondary fire does more damage from long range than it does at close range because it increases in damage over time.
