Designers

James Corcoran (Designer) – James Corcoran is currently a undergraduate junior pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science (specializing in Game Development) at USC.  Over the past summer, he interned as a build and release engineer in the Research and Development department of Industrial Light and Magic. James is currently working as a designer on Core Overload. When not programming and designing, he can be found feeding his competitive outlet with games like League of Legends, basketball, or chess.

 

 

 

Joseph Goldberg (Designer) – Joseph is a senior at USC studying game design and programming who as been playing computer and video games since he was three years old.  Although he has a background of programming, he is particularly passionate about design and ludology. Joseph is extremely interested in discovering what sorts of game mechanics, encounters, and setpieces can be combined to make enjoyable experiences.  When he isn’t working, studying, or playing games, he enjoys watching cartoons and exploring Downtown Los Angeles.

 

 

 

Alexander Chong (Designer) – Alexander Chong transferred from UC Berkeley to USC. He is currently an undergraduate senior at USC’s interactive media division. In the summer of 2007 he interned at Activision and its sister company at the time, Luxoflux. In 2009, Alexander took a year off school to work at the Interactive Media division at MGM studios. There he worked in conjunction with Activision on the James Bond Quantum of Solace video game. Alexander is currently working as a designer on Core Overload. Outside of gaming, Alexander is a Songwriting minor at USC and really enjoys playing and creating music!
